After obtaining the declaration of tourist interest from the ICT and the SME Seal from the MEIC, the next step was to obtain the Essential Costa Rica license. Today, we proudly wear this distinction as it recognizes that our way of working is aligned with the essence of Costa Rica: excellence, sustainability, talent in service of innovation, creativity in reinterpreting flavors and ingredients that are part of our culture and tradition, keeping them alive and relevant in the tastes of our diners, as well as adapting classic recipes from international cuisine with local ingredients. We want the experience of visiting us to offer a new way of savoring Costa Rica.
